They personally select shellfish from Cape Cod, Rhode Island and the pure waters of Maine. These are loaded into their own FDA certified refrigerated trucks and delivered to their storage facility.
Currently they provide clams to many Fire Departments and Community Clubs for their Clam Bakes and local activities.
