Sun Sui Wah Seafood Restaurant has started over 30 years ago by it’s founder in Sha Tin District, Hong-Kong Based on
the motto of “warm hospitality, superb quality and value!” it quickly joined the ranks of most popular dine out places
and garnered high regards within the dining community. The “roasted squab” became a signature dish was famed throughout Hong-Kong.
Following the successful model of good business, the second generation of Sun Sui Wah opened the first restaurant in Vancouver amid the 80s. Soon after, opened another location in Richmond setting a new trend and elevated the standards
of local Chinese restaurants. Although many have followed in the footsteps, few have succeeded with such acclaim and rave reviews from loyal patrons and members of the dining/service industry.
