The facility gives them the ability to handle all of their fresh, frozen, co-pack/re-pack, and value added production in house ensuring consistency and quality of all of their products. They specialize in processing, packaging, freezing and distributing fresh and frozen scallops to foodservice, wholesale and retail customers nationwide. In addition to their domestic scallops, they have established strategic partnerships that allow them to source products from various countries around the globe.
