Clear Springs Trout Company was started by Jess O. Eastman and a group of investors in September of 1966. Clear Springs Chilean and Argentinean partners are held to these same high standards. Clear Springs new product development facility is located in the Specialty Products plant. Clear Springs is committed to an ongoing program of innovative product development and testing to meet the ever-changing needs of Clear Springs foodservice and retail customers.
